Although we can do it, selling new servers, hardware or software to our clients is not our priority.
If what you need is for us to act as an Integrator recommending, selling, installing and implementing hardware and software solutions we can do that but the Proactive Management of your IT resources is the service our organization is structured to provide. As a Managed Services Partner, when changes or projects are required we would provide insight or information or make recommendations just like a staff member would. If needed we can sit in at meetings just like a member of the staff. Remember, as our partner and our client your agenda is our agenda. We are not tied to applying any specific vendor’s hardware or software to a solution. We would work together within your budget for IT costs. DocuTech is there to help you understand the total cost of ownership for projects under consideration and assist in implementation at whatever level required. As a Managed Services Provider and Partner our main concern is to insure that your IT infrastructure will support your business objectives.
