Find Cost Savings With Managed Print Services Managed print services can save most companies 25-30% in their print and copy environments by identifying resources, improving efficiency, freeing up the IT department, employing the latest technologies, and leveraging an organization's existing investment by shifting printing to the most cost-effective devices. In addition, according to InfoTrends, most companies spend about six percent of annual revenue on print and output activities, which amounts to $180,000 per year for a company with $10 million in revenue. With managed print services, these funds could be used to achieve business goals or add to the bottom line. These cost savings were identified as part of a recent U.S. and European Managed Print Services Study conducted by InfoTrends, which also revealed that "going green" or being more environmentally responsible, is a top priority for most companies in the coming year. "Managing your company's print services supports overall managed IT services, and meshes perfectly with DocuTech's Connected Care program," said Howard Podgurski, DocuTech president.
