Marcella Carter does not miss her former IT provider. As the administrative manager responsible for critical IT operations at Kelleher Associates in Wayne, Pennsylvania, Marcella even used to catch blame when things went awry. "DocuTech was very responsive — we made a backup plan." She relates that Justin Drabouski, VP of Engineering, said: "I will clear my calendar for you first thing Monday morning. I'll come in and will do whatever it takes to make sure you're well taken care of."

"I didn't realize how big the difference was until I switched to DocuTech," she says.

In the near future, Justin and Bill and their engineers will be installing a new server and upgrades to Kelleher's computer system, enhancing their high level coaching with equivalent IT capability.
